Obama Declares War on Christians, Strips Conscience Clause from Pro-Life Doctors

Obama Declares War on Christians, Strips Conscience Clause from
Pro-Life Doctors

In January 2009 Barack Obama and his Marxist Congress had a choice. They
could ram through the Freedom Of Choice Act (FOCA) appeasing the pro-abortion
Left or let it sit while they rammed through “more important items” like
ObamaCare and Card Check to appease their union masters. Their sense of the
situation told them they probably couldn’t do both.
Now after a series of stinging defeats on Card Check and the ever dimming
chances of ObamaCare actually happening, Obama has run back to safe territory.
He has decided to kill off FOCA’s Conscious Clause. Obviously, Obama’s political
handlers have concluded  there are votes to be had in a fight with Christians in
general and the Roman Catholic Church in particular over abortion.
No Conscious Clause
Obama has ordered Kathleen Sebelius the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to start
threatening medical professionals who, for reasons of personal conviction, will
not dispense drugs that cause miscarriages – in effect aborting fetuses.

Chaos Summer: Why Wisconsin is Only the Beginning

Chaos Summer: Why Wisconsin is Only the
Beginning

February 25th, 2011

Floyd and Mary Beth Brown, FloydReports.comI’m going to bankrupt this country by any means necessary, and if you
try to stop me or slow me down, I’ll shut the government down and blame it on
you. If you try to stop me, you can kiss your political careers good-bye. Isn’t
this essentially what Barack Obama and his allies in the U.S. Senate are saying
to the Republican leaders in Congress?
One thing is certain: it’s not an idle threat. Obama and his allies control
the executive branch of the government and the United States Senate. They also
control
the mainstream media
. On top of that, they control the unions, which they
are sending
into the streets
.
Our great nation is on the verge of bankruptcy. The  national debt stands at
$14 trillion. When the people cried out and demanded that Washington put a stop
to the out-of-control waste and spending, Barack Obama instead responded by proposing a
budget
that, by his own calculations, doubles our already
untenable debt
over the next decade.
Americans wrongly assumed that Obama would change accordingly after taking
his election “shellacking.” He said the day after the elections, “And I told
John Boehner and Mitch McConnell last night, I am very eager to sit down with
members of both parties and figure out how we can move forward together.” His
compromising rhetoric worked
to get Americans to back-off and lower their
defenses.
In reality, when the Republican-led House of Representatives put forth
legislation to cut our out-of-control deficit by $61 billion — a mere 3.7
percent of our deficit and a scant 0.4 percent of our national debt — Barack
Obama and his allies in Congress threatened to shut the government down.

FBI Investigating SEIU’s Andy Stern

FBI Investigating SEIU’s Andy Stern

September 28th, 2010

TheBlaze.com

The FBI and the U.S. Labor Department are investigating prominent labor leader Andy Stern in their probe of corruption at the Service Employees International Union, according to two people who have been interviewed by federal agents.

The two organized labor officials met with federal agents this summer to answer questions about a six-figure book contract that Stern landed in 2006 and his role in approving money to pay the salary of an SEIU leader in California who allegedly performed no work.

Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the investigation. The FBI and the Labor Department’s office of inspector general declined to comment for the record.

Unions to spend $100M on saving Democrats

At least two influential unions will spend close to $100 million on the 2010 election, with most of those funds going to protect incumbents.

Union officials told The Hill they plan to help endangered members — particularly freshmen — who made politically difficult votes in a year during which an anti-incumbent mood has filled the country.

And the number will be even higher since the AFL-CIO declined to give its figures.

While the labor movement has displayed an aggressive tack in Democratic primaries, including supporting some challengers over incumbents, it remains concerned about the party retaining its congressional majorities.
