Terror Link Downplayed in Courthouse Break-In

Terror Link Downplayed in Courthouse Break-In

Five men in their twenties, described as French-Moroccan Muslims, are being questioned by the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force and by officials of the Department of Homeland Security after they were arrested inside the 120 year old Bexar County Courthouse in downtown San Antonio shortly before 2 this morning, 1200 WOAI news reports.

Officials say three of the men crawled through a window to get into the 120 year old Courthouse, which is a landmark in downtown San Antonio, and theother two were found in a van parked in front of the building.

Inside the van, officials say they found “photographs of infrastructure” including photos of shopping malls, water systems, courthouses and other public buildings which they say were taken in cities nationwide.

“They got travel documents, parking passes, they have been all over the country,” one law enforcement officials who asked not to be identified told 1200 WOAI’s Michael Board on the scene.  “A lot of photographic equipment, a lot of documentation equipment inside their vehicle.”

Officials say the five men entered the country legally on visas from Heathrow Airport in London.  They didn’t immediately know how long the men have been in the U.S., or what places they may have visited.

Officials immediately blocked off a two square block area of downtown San Antonio around the Courthouse, and bomb sniffing dogs fanned out throughout the building.  About two hours later, the streets were reopened, indicating nothing dangerous was found in the building.

“They are going to be held for interrogation by the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the joint terrorism task force,” the law enforcement source said.

The men are described as in their early twenties.  One law enforcement official said the men told him they climbed to the fourth floor of the courthouse at 2AM “to get a better view of the city.”

There is a military intelligence convention underway at the city’s Convention Center several blocks away, with top intelligence officials including White House officials set to speak, but investigators didn’t say whether there was any connection.

Investigators were tight lipped about the incident this morning.

“All that, coupled with the fact why they can’t explain why they are in the building at 1:22 in the morning raises questions,” the law enforcement officer said.

My great great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Civil War, my grandfather watched as his friends died in WW II, and my father watched as my friends died in Vietnam

My great great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Civil War, my grandfather watched as his friends died in WW II, and my father watched as my friends died in Vietnam.
None of them died for the Mexican Flag.
Everyone died for the U.S. flag.
In Texas , a student raised a Mexican flag on a school flag pole; another student took it down.  Guess who was expelled…the kid who took it down.
Kids in high school in California were sent home this year on Cinco de Mayo because they wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them.
Enough is enough.
The below e-mail message needs to be viewed by every American; and every American needs to stand up for America .
We’ve bent over to appease the America-haters long enough.
I’m taking a stand.
I’m standing up because the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars for this country, and for the U.S. flag can’t stand up.
And shame on anyone who tries to make this a racist message.
Let me make this perfectly clear!
THIS IS MY COUNTRY!
And, because I make This statement
DOES NOT
Mean I’m against immigration!!!
YOU ARE WELCOME HERE, IN MY COUNTRY!
Welcome! To come through legally:
1. Get a sponsor!
2. Get a place to lay your head!
3. Get a job!
4. Live By OUR Rules!
5. Pay YOUR Taxes!
And
6. Learn the LANGUAGE like immigrants
have in the past!!!
AND
7. Please don’t demand that we hand over our lifetime
savings of Social Security Funds to you.
If you don’t want to forward this for fear of offending someone,
Then YOU’RE  PART OF THE PROBLEM!
When will AMERICANS STOPgiving away THEIR RIGHTS???
We’ve gone so far the other way…
bent over backwards not to offend anyone.
But it seems no one cares about the
AMERICAN CITIZEN
that’s being offended!
WAKE UP America !!!
If  You agree…. Pass this on.
If  You don’t agree.. Delete It!!!

Obama Gives in to His Fascist Side,Grants Amnesty by Decree

Stephen Dinan,The Washington Times

Bowing
to pressure
from immigrant rights activists, the Obama administration said
Thursday that it will halt
deportation proceedings
on a case-by-case
basis
against illegal
immigrants who meet certain criteria
,such as attending school,having family
in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’
care.

The move marks a major step for President Obama, who for months has said he
does not have to halt deportations and said he must follow the
laws as Congress has written them.

But in letters to Congress on Thursday,

Homeland Security
Secretary Janet Napolitano
said she does have discretion to focus on
“priorities” and that her department and the Justice Department will review all
ongoing cases to see who
meets the new criteria
.

“This case-by-case approach will enhance public safety,” she said.
“Immigration judges will be able to more swiftly adjudicate high-priority
cases, such as those involving convicted felons.”

The move won immediate praise from Hispanic activists and Democrats who had
strenuously argued with the administration that it did have authority to take
these actions, and said as long as Congress is deadlocked on the issue,it was up
to Mr. Obama to act.

“Today’s announcement shows that this president is willing to put muscle
behind his words and to use his power to intervene when the lives of good people
are being ruined by bad laws,” said Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez,Illinois Democrat, who
has taken a leadership role on the issue since the
death of Sen. Edward M. Kennedy
in 2009.

The new rules apply to those who have been apprehended and are in deportation
proceedings, but have not been officially ordered out of the country by a
judge.

Ms. Napolitano said a working group will try to come up with “guidance on how
to provide for appropriate discretionary consideration” for “compelling cases”
in instances where someone already has been ordered deported.

Administration officials made the announcement just before Mr. Obama left for
a long vacation out of Washington, and as members of Congress are back in their
home districts.

The top House Republican on the Judiciary Committee said the move is part of
a White House plan “to grant backdoor amnesty to illegal immigrants.”

“The Obama administration should enforce immigration laws, not look for ways
to ignore them,” said Rep. Lamar Smith,Texas Republican. “The Obama administration
should not pick and choose which laws to enforce. Administration officials
should remember the oath of office they took to uphold the Constitution and the
laws of the land.”

EXCLUSIVE: Border Community Organizing Petition to Protest Obama’s Immigration Speech

EXCLUSIVE: Border Community Organizing Petition to Protest Obama’s  Immigration Speech

The residents of the Chiricahua-Peloncillo drug and human smuggling corridor  that runs from the Mexican border north through eastern Arizona and western New  Mexico are circulating a petition to send to the White  House in response to President  Obama‘s recent immigration speech.

“It is with great wonderment and sadness that we listened to your May 10  speech on immigration issues.  All of the joking about moats and alligators  cut residents of Portal, AZ, to the core as we sheltered with friends or at a Red  Cross evacuation site, to survive a terrible fire that still threatens our  lives and property, as well as our ecotourism-based economy,” the letter  reads.

On Sunday, a massive fire broke out in Horseshoe Canyon, about 50 miles north  of the Mexican border, which residents and law enforcement say they believe was  started by criminal illegal aliens. Last year, a fire in the same location  caused more than $10 million in damages.

“During its first 24-hrs, the fire consumed a greater area than did last  year’s fire over a 6-week period. Local residents were roused after  midnight, and some slept fitfully in cars after fleeing with family photos and  any valuables that could be quickly assembled. Elderly retirees left with  medical supplies, including oxygen tanks on which some depend,” the letter  reads.

The petition comes just days after Obama appeared in El Paso, Texas, to plead the case for immigration reform that has been bottled up in Congress for years. During his remarks, the president argued that the border is as safe as it has ever been but Republican opportunists are using the issue to score political points and prevent legal reforms to address illegal immigration.

“We have gone above and beyond what was requested by the very Republicans who  said they supported broader reform as long as we got serious about enforcement.  All the stuff they asked for, we’ve done,” the president said.

“But even though we’ve answered these concerns, I’ve got to say I suspect  there are still going to be some who are trying to move the goal posts on us one  more time. You know, they said we needed to triple the Border Patrol. Or now  they’re going to say we need to quadruple the Border Patrol. Or they’ll want a  higher fence. Maybe they’ll need a moat. Maybe they want alligators in the moat.  They’ll never be satisfied,” he continued.

Jeff Gee, one of the organizers behind the petition and a firefighter  battling the still-burning fire in Horseshoe Canyon, says he was insulted by  Obama’s speech.

“I’m really disappointed at current border security, I’m really disappointed  at the president’s speech saying that people like me wants moats with  alligators, but moats with alligators might work, nothing else,” he told  FoxNews.com.

“We’re doing everything we can to get the word out that this is serious  problem, it’s not just a border issue, the drugs and crime are moving through  the corridor and they keep going to major cities. I don’t know if this letter  will help, but nothing else is.”

Cochise County, Ariz., Sheriff Larry Dever, who penned an op-ed in The New  York Times Friday describing the plight of border residents, told FoxNews.com  that the petition is a plea for the administration to take a closer look at the  hardships they are suffering.

“These people are not overreacting. What they suggest in letter is very deep  part of their belief system based on their experience and their experience has  been horrific — they see human smuggling and drug trafficking, they sit on  their porch and watch people walk through, they’ve had their homes burglarized,”  Dever said.

“It’s a beautiful landscape and for those that moved out there for a sense of  tranquility and peace, that’s been destroyed,” he added.

The letter has been posted at post offices in the border towns of Portal,  Ariz. and Rodeo, New Mexico, for signatures to be added.

Copies of the letter will also be sent to Rep. Gabrielle  Giffords, D-Ariz., Arizona Republican Sens. John McCain and Jon Kyl, Homeland  Security Secretary Janet  Napolitano, Agriculture Secretary Tom  Vilsack, Secretary of State Hillary  Clinton, Arizona Gov. Jan  Brewer, and National Public Radio.

In the letter, petitioners say that despite the president’s protestations,  “neither the border nor daily life” is secure.

“Seizure of record quantities of drugs may pad the statistics of Homeland  Security, but it does nothing to ease the burdens we have been forced to  bear. Over the years, as our homes have been burgled or invaded, our  fences, water lines and windows repeatedly broken, our businesses driven toward  bankruptcy, our natural surroundings desecrated by trash and fire, and our lives  even obliterated (neighbor Rob Krentz, murdered by a drug scout), it has amazed  us how little note is taken of these tragedies by our government and the press,”  the letter reads.

“Is it enough, now that we have suffered back-to-back fires that threaten to  erase our very reasons for living here? What must we say or do to garner  your attention and help?  How is it that, on the same day we took Osama  bin Laden in Pakistan,  we could not prevent illegals – 50 miles within our borders (!) – from setting a  fire along a known smuggling route in an extremely dry year? Why were  federal agents (BP, ICE, National Guard, or Special Forces) not posted along  this route in anticipation of a repeat of last year’s calamity?  Better  still, why were the illegals not captured before they had traveled 50 miles  north of the border?! Or, in the eyes of our government, do we just reside in a  ‘sacrifice zone’?”

The letter also describes the devastation the fires have caused to the areas  unique biodiversity, which attracts bird-watchers and naturalists from around  the world.

The petitioners then asks the president to outline how he plans to fulfill  his obligation to protect their constitutional right to defense from foreign  invasions “especially as this regards fires set by Mexican drug and human  smugglers.

“We thank you in advance for your anticipated response,” it concludes.

Dever said the residents of the area are generally self-sufficient and do  their part, “but they also expect government agencies to take some  responsibility. They’re not, and these people are suffering the consequences,”  Dever said.

The residents will “come together and unite in this front,” he added.  “They’re not going to give up. They’re not going to roll over.”

“We didn’t have the green thing back in my day.”

THIS IS REALLY GOOD! SEND TO ALL YOUR
KIDS & GRANDKIDS
In the line at
the store, the young cashier told the older woman that she should
bring her own
reusable grocery bags because
plastic bags weren’t good for
the

environment…….
The woman
apologized and explained,
“We didn’t have the green thing back
in my day.”
The clerk responded,
“That’s what’s caused our problems today.
Your generation wasn’t green and
did not care enough to save our environment.”

He was right, that
generation didn’t have the green thing in its day.

Back
then
, they  returned their milk
bottles, soda bottles and beer
bottles to the store.

The store sent them back to
the plant to be washed and sterilized and refilled,
so it could use the
same bottles over and over. So they really were recycled.

But they didn’t have the green thing
back in that customer’s day.
In her day, they walked up stairs, because they
didn’t have an escalator in every store and office building.
They walked to the grocery
store and didn’t climb into a 300-horsepower
machine every time they had to go two blocks.

But she was right. They didn’t have the green thing in
her day.

Back then, they washed the baby’s diapers because
they didn’t have the throw-away kind.

They dried clothes on a line, not in an
energy gobbling machine burning up 220 volts – wind and solar power really did dry the
clothes.

Kids got hand-me-down
clothes from their brothers or sisters, not always brand-new
clothing.

But that old lady is right,
they didn’t have
the green thing back in her day.

Back then, they had one TV, or radio, in the  house – not a TV
in every room.

And the TV had a small screen the size of a
handkerchief, not a screen the size of the state of Montana .

In the
kitchen
, blended
and stirred by hand because they didn’t have electric machines to do everything for
you.

When they packaged a
fragile item to send in the mail, they used a wadded up old newspaper to cushion
it,
not Styrofoam or
plastic bubble wrap.
Back
then
, they didn’t fire up an engine and burn gasoline
just to cut the
lawn. They used a push mower that ran on human power.

They exercised by working so they
didn’t need to go to a health club
to run on treadmills that operate on
electricity.

But she’s right, they
didn’t have the green thing back then.
They drank from a fountain when they were thirsty
instead of using a cup or a plastic
bottle every time they had a drink of water.

They
refilled

their writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and they replaced the
razor blades in a razor
instead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got
dull.
“But they didn’t have the
green thing back then.”
Back then, people took the streetcar or a bus and
kids rode their bikes to school or walked instead of turning their moms into a
24-hour taxi service.

They had one electrical outlet in a
room, not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances.
And they didn’t need a computerized gadget
to receive a signal beamed from satellites 2,000 miles out  in space in order to
find the nearest pizza joint.

But isn’t it sad that the current
generation laments how wasteful the old folks were just because they didn’t have the green thing
back then?

E-Verify Efforts In States Are Even More Critical As Pew Study Reveals 8 Million Illegal Aliens Still Hold U.S. Jobs

E-Verify Efforts In States Are Even More Critical As Pew
Study Reveals 8 Million Illegal Aliens Still Hold U.S. Jobs
Chris ChmielenskiAll federal and state enforcement efforts against illegal
immigration the last year failed to reduce the number of illegal aliens holding
U.S. jobs and keeping unemployed Americans from having them, according to a Pew Hispanic Center study released this week.
In the few states that have seriously implemented their own mandatory E-Verify laws, the number of illegal aliens has
declined. But the annual count of illegal aliens by Pew indicated that the
illegal foreign workers are mainly moving to lax-enforcement states and taking
jobs there. Thus, the number of jobs held nationally by illegal aliens remained
steady at 8 million.
The answer, of course, is to make E-Verify mandatory nationally (through
Congress) or greatly increase the number of states doing so. But time is running
out in several states as their short legislature session head to a close for the
year.
Yesterday, a Kentucky House committee approved a mandatory E-Verify bill,
but there’s still a lot of work to be done in the Bluegrass State and many other states across the country.
Continue to check your Action Board for new and updated state level faxes and phone
notes and make sure you’ve faxed your Three Members of Congress, urging them to
pass a mandatory E-Verify bill this year.
Roy’s newest blog highlights his Politico op-ed that ran on
Thursday, which demonstrates how mandatory E-Verify for all employers would fit
in perfectly with the Obama Administration’s current “soft-enforcement” approach
and free up millions of jobs for unemployed Americans.
GUMBALLS APPROACHES 1 MILLION: In less than 4 months, Roy’s
updated Immigration Gumballs video is just 30,000 views short of reaching the 1
Million views benchmark on YouTube.
This important video tests the humanitarian reasons for current U.S.
immigration policy, and should be viewed by all Americans, especially those
concerned with helping the world’s impoverished nations.
Please help us reach this important milestone by sharing the video with your
friends and family and also clicking the “thumbs-up” button on YouTube to
promote the video.

Pelosi Logged 43 Flights Covering 90,155 Miles from January to October 2010; Received “Chocolate-Covered Strawberries” for Birthday Surprise

Washington, DC — January 26, 2011

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has obtained new documents from the United States Air Force detailing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s use of United States Air Force aircraft in 2010. According to the documents, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Pelosi used Air Force aircraft for 43 flights from January 1 to October 1, 2010. According to documents previously uncovered by Judicial Watch, by comparison, Nancy Pelosi logged 47 flights in the prior nine-month period, April 1, 2009, to January 1, 2010.
.
The most recent documents uncovered by Judicial Watch include a Passenger Mission Activity chart detailing all of former Speaker Pelosi’s flights January 1 to October 1, 2010, as well as detailed shopping lists for some flights, flight authorization forms, Mission Expense Records and internal Air Force correspondence related to the flights. Among the highlights from the documents, obtained pursuant to a FOIA request filed on September 10, 2010:
  • Pelosi used the Air Force aircraft for a total of 43 trips, covering 90,155 miles, from January 1 through October 1, 2010. The Air Force documented in-flight expenses for 22 of these flights totaling $1,821.33. The Air Force did not provide expense information for the remaining 21 flights.
  • Former Speaker Pelosi received chocolate covered strawberries as a birthday surprise on a March 26, 2010 flight. According to one internal Air Force email sent on March 25, 2010: “The speaker’s office is requesting egg salad sandwiches on wheat toast with fruit (watermelon, etc) for desert [sic]. It’s the speaker’s B-Day tomorrow so we’re also asking for something like chocolate covered strawberries (dark chocolate preferred)…” The immediate response to the email from another member of the Air Force staff: “Copy all. We’ll plan something for the birthday and take care of the meal.”
According to previous documents uncovered by Judicial Watch, the former Speaker’s military travel cost the United States Air Force $2,100,744.59 over one two-year period — $101,429.14 of which was for in-flight expenses, including food and alcohol. For example, purchases for one Pelosi-led congressional delegation traveling from Washington, DC, through Tel Aviv, Israel to Baghdad, Iraq May 15-20, 2008, included: Johnny Walker Red scotch, Grey Goose vodka, E&J brandy, Baileys Irish Cream, Maker’s Mark whiskey, Courvoisier cognac, Bacardi Light rum, Jim Beam whiskey, Beefeater gin, Dewar’s scotch, Bombay Sapphire gin, Jack Daniel’s whiskey, Corona beer and several bottles of wine.
Judicial Watch also previously uncovered internal Department of Defense (DOD) email correspondence detailing attempts by DOD staff to accommodate Pelosi’s numerous requests for military escorts and military aircraft as well as the speaker’s last minute cancellations and changes. For example, in response to a series of requests for military aircraft, one DOD official wrote, “Any chance of politely querying [Pelosi’s team] if they really intend to do all of these or are they just picking every weekend?…[T]here’s no need to block every weekend ‘just in case’…” The email also notes that Pelosi’s office had, “a history of canceling many of their past requests.”
Judicial Watch also uncovered emails from the DOD that show the Pentagon worked hand-in-hand with congressional offices prior to releasing documents regarding congressional military travel under the FOIA. These “heads up” emails involved FOIA requests filed by Judicial Watch, The Wall Street Journal, Congressional Quarterly, and Roll Call, among other organizations, related to the use of military aircraft by a number of congressional members, including Pelosi.
“Despite the media firestorm over her military travel abuses, Nancy Pelosi continued to use the United States Air Force as her own personal travel agency right up until her final days as House Speaker,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Nancy Pelosi demonstrated an alarming disregard for the men and women in the U.S. Air Force during her tenure as House Speaker. We are pleased that Speaker Boehner will not follow Pelosi’s corrupt example and will instead fly commercial. But this scandal is not only about travel by the Speaker of the House. Through the Speaker’s office, other members of the House are able to obtain permission for the use of military luxury travel for congressional delegation trips abroad. These trips, known as CODELs, have exploded in number and cost. Speaker Boehner needs to reform this abuse of our military’s assets. This is the right thing to do for the U.S. Air Force and for the American taxpayer.”

Will AZ Shooter Kill the First Amendment?

Will AZ Shooter Kill the First Amendment?

January 11th, 2011

Joe Guzzardi, FloydReports.com

Immediately after crazed gunman Jared Lee Loughner gravely wounded Arizona U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords, killed U.S. Judge John M. Roll, and six other people while wounding 12 innocent bystanders, the immigration rhetoric subtly ratcheted up.

Denouncing Gifford’s shooting, Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik and others made it clear that what they referred to as “inflammatory speech” had made the political atmosphere in Arizona so toxic that acts of violence were inevitable.

Referring to talk radio hosts, Dupnik charged them with “inflaming the American public by those who get paid to do that. It might be free speech but it does not come without consequences.”

Ironically, Dupnik is the most skilled flamethrower of all.

Last year, at the height of the S.B. 1070 controversy, Dupnik called it “racist” and “disgusting” while claiming that Arizona is “the mecca of prejudice and bigotry.” Furthermore, Dupnik went on record that he would not enforce the measure if it became law, a blatant violation of his oath of office.

Dupnik never directly claimed that S.B. 1070 and Giffords’ support of it were linked to the shootings. But a close read between the lines strongly suggests that Dupnik blames Loughner’s multiple murders on “the haters,” a label that many automatically apply to Americans who favor enforcing federal immigration law.

Even though only a few hours had passed after the massacre before Dupnik pointed his finger and no evidence has yet surfaced that Loughner is anything other than deranged, more “hate” charges flew.

Milestone: Rocket 200 of the year hits Israel

Milestone: Rocket 200 of the year hits Israel

Ethel C. Fenig

While the American, European and American peace
processors huff and puff about the absolute need for Israel–and Israel only–to
freeze construction on homes and infrastructure in the disputed areas for its
growing population they are absolutely silent, implying consent, of Arab
construction not only in these areas but illegal Arab construction in Israel
itself; complaining when Israel tears down buildings thrown up without permits,
without permission.

The deafening silence continues as deadly rockets
from Gaza rain on civilian areas in Israel. Just the other day the 200th rocket
hit Israel; happily there were no physical injuries this time.

An interactive
map
from The Israel Project provides vivid information on the real threats
on Israel’s southern border.

The silence speaks volumes.

Save Money: Deport All Illegal Aliens

Save Money: Deport All Illegal Aliens

December 10th, 2010

Ben Johnson, FloydReports.com

The next time President Obama feigns concern over the national  deficit, Americans should ask him why he does not take a simple step  that would free up $1 trillion a decade, assure his social spending went  to his fellow countrymen, and allow one of our allies to rebuild its  traditional way of life: He could deport every illegal immigrant in the United  States.

The facts are out: deportation would be  considerably less expensive than the unsustainable influx of illegal  aliens who all-too-readily enroll in our entitlement programs. On  December 3, the Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs of the Department of Homeland Security, Nelson Peacock, responded to a letter from a number of senators about the costs of deporting all illegal  aliens. “Our conservative estimate suggests that ICE would require a  budget of more than $135 billion to apprehend, detain and remove the  nation’s entire illegal immigrant population,” he wrote.

The  Center for American Progress (CAP) – the most influential “progressive”  think tank in Washington, which was founded with seed money from George  Soros – released a report in March that provided a slightly higher  estimate. CAP forecast it would cost taxpayers $285 billion over five years to “snare the 10.8 million undocumented immigrants in the United  States.” The report assumed “20 percent of the current population [of  illegals], or 2.16 million people, would depart before any contact with  authorities,” that is, they would voluntarily self-deport. The residue  would cost $200 billion to deport. The Center padded the total with  another $85 billion to hold the line for five years.

Given  the Center’s political orientation, we may safely assume theirs is the  upper ceiling. But how would these estimates compare with the status  quo?

In July, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) released a study, The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers, stating illegal immigrants cost U.S. taxpayers $113 billion every year in benefits at the local, state, and federal levels combined.

Under  the most liberal estimate, the five-year cost of deporting every  illegal immigrant in the United States would pay for itself in 2.5  years. It would be just 14 months according to ICE.

Over  ten years, the United States would save $1.13 trillion, or $845 billion  in the first decade minus CAP’s estimated deportation costs.

These  estimates, of course, only tally economic savings to the government.  They do not reflect the substantial economic and personal well-being  each American will experience from lower rates of drug trafficking, murders, gang activity, kidnappings, sexual assaults, crime, home invasions, overcrowded schools, hospital closures caused by soaring medical costs, job losses, prison detentions, bilingual status, property damage, environmental degradation, and overburdened infrastructure.  The more educated children of illegals, whom Obama hopes to reward with  the DREAM Act, would squeeze native-born citizens out of competitive  slots in universities and careers; deporting them, as I have suggested,  would open up educational and employment opportunities for our own  citizens. These benefits are truly incalculable, yet they are never  mentioned as part of the immigration debate.

Some may  object that deporting 11-13 million illegal immigrants is impossible.  History proves not only that it can be done but that it has been done.
