53.)I Barely Know Rezko – Only 5 Billed Hours – LIAR, you have known him for 17 years, and decided to do a real estate deal with him during a time when he was proven to be under investigation. 54.) My Donations Have Been Checked Thoroughly – LIAR, you only gave back Hsu ($72K) and Rezko (first $66K, then when caught lying $86K, then when caught lying again $150K and now caught lying YET AGAIN OBAMA, it’s $250k) their money when publically called on their involvement in your campaigns.

56.) I Disagree With My Church All The Time – LIAR, you still have yet to repudiate Wright, who married you and your wife, and you still donate large sums of money to assist the church in furthering its message – hatred and revenge. You donated in 2006 alone, $22,500 to the church that you so terribly disagree with. That is nearly $500 PER WEEK – that sure is disagreement, Senator Obama.

57.) I Have Clean Connections Despite Rezko – LIAR, you are not only connected to Exelon and Rezko, you are also connected to Hillary PAC supporter Mr. Hsu, AND an Iraqi Billionaire of ill repute, Nadhmi Auchi, who ripped off people in the Food For Oil, Iraqi deal. Seems Mr. Auchi may have helped Obama buy his million dollar property long before Obama had millions of dollars. Wonder what favors Mr. Auchi expects, when Obama leaves Iraq free to be taken over by special interests such as him.

58.) I never heard sermons like Rev. Wright’s, that have been in videos all day, You Tube – LIAR! 3 days later during your Mea Culpa BS speech you said “Did I hear controversial statements while I sat in that church? Yes I did.”

59.) The Passport Invasion is a conspiracy to find dirt on me! – LIAR. Your own Campaign Foreign Policy Advisor is the CEO of the company that looked into your records. PS – You had them look into yours to hide the fact you looked into Clinton’s and McCain’s more than a year before!

60.) Rev. Meeks has nothing to do with my campaigning – LIAR. Rev. Meeks appeared in ads for your Senate Campaign, donated to you, and helped raise money, then AND NOW. PS – He also seems to despise America.

61.) My wife didn’t mean America is ignorant, she was just using a phrase – LIAR. Again, MicHELLe’s comments perfectly sync with Wright’s, Meeks’, and Farrakhans, both in language, anger, and direction.

62.) I am very Anti-Terror – LIAR. [03/30/2008] One of your good pals is long time radical and terrorist William Ayers, with whom you have been seen in the last 12 months and who has helped the now jailed khalidi, Professor at Columbia who invited Ahmadinejad to the University, to raise money for Palestinian terrorism attacks against Israel. PS – Your church published a pro Hamas Manifesto – guess you weren’t there on THAT Sunday either? How lucky for you.

OIL … ”

Speculators – not supply and demand – are to blame for skyrocketing gas prices: July 11, 2006

A bipartisan Senate report, largely ignored by the media, says that there’s no oil shortage and none is expected. Rather, it’s massive, unregulated speculation that is costing consumers billions of dollars – and vastly enriching people like T. Boone Pickens.

The conventional explanation for high gasoline prices doesn’t work. The notion that energy demand, especially in places like China and India, created a world-wide oil supply shortage which drove up prices and caused Americans to pay more at the pump cannot be squared with the facts.

The report was barely touched on in the news media but its analysis of petroleum prices demands serious attention. This story is far too important to be left lingering on the back pages of the trade press. Petroleum prices deserve better than a mere repetition of the high-demand-low-supply theory, particularly when it is conspicuously inconsistent with the facts.

Presentation to World Bank: Metals

“In the first part of this paper on the “Commodity Bubble”, I make the case that, in real terms, we have had an unprecedented commodity bubble in this decade. This bubble has occurred because of unprecedented investment and speculation in commodities, largely by way of derivatives. The far more important engine of this bubble has been leveraged speculation by hedge funds….

If you take all the economies in the world, valuing GDP based on exchange rates, the overall global growth rate has not significantly changed since the mid 1970’s. So if it is not a new era of supercycle demand growth and supply restraint, what has led to such a high amplitude and long duration bull market in commodities in this cycle. My answer is speculation – nothing more. And speculation on an unimaginable scale.” … ”

Speculation moves forward

The introduction of futures trading in essential commodities under the reform regime has paved the way for speculative price increases.

FORWARD trading has a long history in the country, but it has never been a matter of much public concern. Until recently, that is. While searching for explanations for the increase in the prices of food that began a few months back, some observers turned their attention to the massive increase in forward and futures trading in commodities. What emerged was revealing.

According to Bloomberg, quoting the Forward Markets Commission, volumes on the National Commodity Exchange, which trades futures contracts in 48 commodities, reached $226 billion in the year ended March 31, 2006. That was more than the $184 billion of shares traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the same period. Forward and futures trading had been promoted on the ground that it helped traders deal with market uncertainty by hedging their transactions, and stabilised prices for the final producers. However, the surge in futures trading could not be explained by pure hedging requirements, and obviously reflects an increase in speculative activity.

343397, WHEAT STOCKS – 2006
Posted by Hannah Bell on Fri Mar-07-08 01:47 AM

“According to reports private firms such as Cargill India, Adani Exports and ITC and the Australian Wheat Board have together purchased as much as 30 lakh tonnes of wheat this year. While some of this is for conversion into processed goods in their own facilities, a significant part is for resale at a profit. Private firms have also been involved in trading in other commodities. This indicates that large trading firms have cornered supplies of many commodities at prices higher than the minimum support price offered by the government.

One consequence of these trends has been a decline in government stocks from record levels and a rise in stockholding by the private trade for speculative purposes. Thus the government has managed to procure only 92 lakh tonnes of wheat this year as compared with 147 lakh tonnes last year. As a result, wheat stocks with the government stood at 93 lakh tonnes on June 1, having declined continuously when compared with the level on the same date of the last few years, starting at 413 lakh tonnes on June 1, 2002. Overall food stocks with the government stood at 223 lakh tonnes on June 1, 2006, close to a third of their peak level of 648 lakh tonnes on June 1, 2002. These declines are far more than warranted by trends in production, indicating that the private trade has managed to corner a significant volume of stocks.”

The Grave Threat of Arab-Muslim Anti-Semitism

The Grave Threat of Arab-Muslim Anti-Semitism

By P. David Hornik | 4/24/2008

Anti-Semitism and the accompanying hate industry are a strategic danger for Israel and the Jewish people: generations of Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims are brought up hating the Jews;…indiscriminate Palestinian terrorism against Israel is made palatable, as is Hezbollah’s Shi’ite terrorism and that of Al-Qaeda, when directed against Israel and Jews around the world.

So say the just-released main findings of a major, 180-page study on “Contemporary Arab-Muslim Anti-Semitism” by Israel’s Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center. The study will be widely distributed among Israeli policymakers and should also be read attentively by policymakers in other countries who deal with the “Arab-Israeli conflict”—which means particularly American policymakers.

Among the report’s other key findings are that:

* Arab-Muslim anti-Semitism “is generally directed against Israel as a Jewish-Zionist state as an enemy of the Arab-Muslim world….” In other words, the emphasis is not on Israel’s alleged injustices toward the Palestinians or “occupation,” but on Israel’s very existence. It is widely believed—axiomatically in some quarters—that the “Arab-Israeli conflict” has now been whittled down to the “Israeli-Palestinian conflict” and resolving the latter will put the whole issue to rest. That, of course, cannot be right when the focus of the hatred is on Israel itself and not on its policies, or shape or size.

* “Arab-Muslim anti-Semitism has a broad field, rather than being marginal. It is not only popular among the lower classes nor is it the exclusive province of intellectuals, opposition groups or radical Islamic movements. Arab-Muslim regimes in the Middle East all use it….” The study notes that this not only includes regimes like Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon but also the two, Egypt and Jordan, that have signed peace treaties with Israel.

* “Anti-Semitism with Muslim roots is growing. Verses from the Qur’an and the Islamic oral tradition are politically interpreted in the spirit of radical Islam to delegitimize Zionism and the State of Israel and to dehumanize the Jewish people.” That is, while there is still much importation of European anti-Semitism—for instance, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is now “being published in new editions in Egypt, Syria, Iran and other countries”—the hatred is now increasingly indigenous and locally rooted, making it even harder to change.

* “Holocaust denial or minimization and accusing Israel of carrying out a holocaust against the Palestinians, and drawing a parallel between Israel and Zionism on the one hand and Nazi Germany on the other, are central themes in contemporary Arab-Muslim anti-Semitism. The motifs used…are often taken from Western neo-Nazi literature, media and rhetoric…. Accusing Israel of carrying out a holocaust against the Palestinian people is fostered by the Palestinian and Arab media (as part of their intensive propaganda campaign against the State of Israel) and is well received and assimilated in the Arab world.”

* Both “the worsening of the confrontations between Israel and the Palestinians or Hezbollah or, on the other side of the scales, progress in the peace process which is opposed by many Arabs and Muslins, all increase anti-Semitic manifestations in the Arab-Muslim world.” Clearly this flies in the face of stock assumptions that the “peace process” is a cure-all for the hostility and that concessions will win Israel reprieve.

* “Conspicuous in recent years has been the Iranian regime’s turning anti-Semitism and the desire to destroy the State of Israel into a strategic weapon…. Anti-Semitism supported by a state which publicly adheres to a policy of genocide and is making efforts to arm itself with non-conventional weapons which will enable it to carry out that policy is unprecedented since Nazi Germany.”

Some important implications of these findings are:

1. The United States should not pressure Israel into enacting a “peace process” with anti-Semites in which all the tangible concessions—including strategic land, religious sites, the integrity of its capital city, and so on—are made by Israel. One either takes anti-Semitism seriously or one doesn’t. The State Department publishes a detailed “Report on Global Anti-Semitism” each year; the ethos of Holocaust commemoration is strong in the U.S. as in some other democratic countries. Seemingly, then, U.S. officials should have enough appreciation of the depth and toxicity of anti-Semitism that they should take it seriously in its contemporary Arab-Muslim form. It makes no sense to treat Holocaust denial as criminal when practiced by a few odious individuals while ignoring the fact that it is endemic to whole societies with which Israel is supposed to be making peace.

The fact that there are weak Israelis (and other Jews) who also pursue the “peace process” is not an excuse always to back the most delusional, capitulationist tendencies in Israel. Israelis are under great pressure from the Arab-Muslim hatred combined with the policy expectations of the United States and other purportedly friendly actors and it is no surprise that some Israelis buckle. The sight of formerly tough-minded, realistic Israelis like Prime Minister Olmert and Foreign Minister Livni talking glowingly about their longing for the Palestinian state abutting Israel is not encouraging but, rather, shameful. U.S. officials, perhaps particularly conservative ones, should be much better disposed than they are toward more courageous Israeli leaders who incorporate the surrounding hatred into their worldview instead of relating to them as scandalous nuisances.

2. The widespread Arab-Muslim anti-Semitism offers a clear, parsimonious explanation for the disastrous failures of Israeli and U.S. “peacemaking” policies over the past two decades. That the hugely touted Oslo process with Arafat resulted in horrific bloodletting, the Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon resulted in its conversion into a major forward base for Iranian-backed terror, and the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza resulted in a rain of rockets and still further Iranian-backed entrenchment of terror can all be traced to the fact that hatred and rejection of Israel is dominant in the Arab-Muslim world and the forces that spearhead it are the most energetic, disciplined, and popular ones. There is, again, no excuse not to extrapolate from these miserable failures and realize that further Israeli concessions in the West Bank will reap the same bitter harvest, especially when the Palestinian society there is particularly rife with the hatred.

3. That Arab aggression against Israel was extreme even before the period of intensified, Islamist-inspired anti-Semitism further underlines the stark nature of the situation today. The 1948, 1967, and 1973 wars—Arab onslaughts on Israel aimed at eradicating it—occurred in an earlier period before Islamism was ascendant and secular nationalism was thought to be the driving force in the Arab world.

That does not mean the picture today is monolithic and diplomacy has no role to play in the Arab-Israeli sphere. The Mubarak regime in Egypt, while steadily working to undermine Israel in other ways, has refrained from the all-out war option for thirty years. The Abdullah regime in Jordan keeps it border with Israel quiet and avoids hostilities. Some Arab regimes put belligerence toward Israel on the back burner or even lose interest in it; some are capable of tacit cooperation with Israel against common foes.

The point, though, is that given the prevalence and virulence of the anti-Israeli hatred, opportunities for pacification and even cooperation are best pursued behind the scenes and without fanfare. It has been the heavily public “Israeli-Palestinian peace process” since the early 1990s that not only has had the bloodiest consequences but also has done the most to invigorate the hatred in the Middle East and beyond.

4. As in the Iraqi, Lebanese, and Israeli-Palestinian spheres, so in the sphere of the general anti-Israeli hatred the central malevolent force is Iran. Although the hatred transcends Iran and would continue to exist if the regime was neutralized, Iran’s welding together of genocidal propaganda, ambitions, and weapons means it should be the focus of anyone seriously concerned to address the problem beyond photo-ops or fake displays of harmony.

Al Shea is a close friend of my brother Jim who also lives in San Angelo.

I’m passing this along to you as I suspect you’re interested.

This situation is very bad.

This was first frowarded from Gay Ingrum who works at Shannon Hospital

and knows many of the people involved. The governor’s office has officially taken this case over. They have over
500 child protection officers working out at the Spur Arena/Wells Fargo
Pavilion now along with our local agency (Debbie Brown’s personnel). Child
Protection has pulled in most of their state wide workers for this case.

These kids will have to be eventually de-programmed where they can begin
living a more normal life. Today, they only know their group and are
non-commutative to any of the workers. Today these children only answer

” I won’t answer any of your questions” and they never look anyone in the
eye, always looking down. They have not had any vaccinations and presently
they are all quarantined as they now have a case of small pox or maybe
chicken pox.  The state is treating this as their Katarina.  How they will
resolve this is certainly the big dilemma.  There are several 13 year old
children that are currently pregnant. They are all being given medical
exams but their religion is such that no one can touch their private parts
nor their underwear. The total count on children is 515 with few of them

They have about 110 women that voluntarily wanted to be rescued from
their environment. All of the attorneys in town are meeting this Friday to
learn more about the situation as each individual has to have attorney
representation. The state will no-doubt be picking up the expenses for
attorney representation. I think that the funds will be coming from
Homeland Security funding. This group ships out the boys as they get older so that they won’t interfere

with the old men getting their spiritual wives.  I’m told that they just expel

them for some minor infraction to their rules so as to rid them as predators

to their goal.  At age 13, the girls are taken up to the top floor where the chief priest
lays them on his bed and de-flower them in the presence of 12 other
group/men leaders. Each of these girl are expected to have 19 children.

They had to have a lock-smith go with them to open the doors to the
temple. This was after they used ladders to scale the 12 foot high solid
concrete wall. This group was intent on not letting anyone that was not a
believer get into the temple. They have tunnels all through the
encampment. The Texas Rangers are using cadaver dogs to search the
compound. It will take many years of special work getting these children
back into society. They most likely will keep them all together for
sometime in order to start educating them, including the older women.

These kids don’t even know who their mother or father is. There are only
three last names among the group of children and there are only about a
half dozen first names so there will be maybe 100 Sara’s for example.
This is the only life that they know and they don’t believe that they
have been mistreated. Even the older women don’t consider their selves as
being mistreated. In this sect of the Mormon church the words rape or sex
or incest are not in their vocabulary. Fathers don’t even know who their
children are so thus sex happens between them.

They had some semblance of home schooling but mainly these
kids were made to work the compound in farming, milking, cleaning. They
only drink pure milk and their diet consist of organic food products only
(what ever that means).Basically, this is a very serious quagmire that has no good or even
correct answers. So to your question – they would not be allowing
adoption under the current process. It would take a very special kind of
handling for these kids of which I don’t think any of us are prepared to
take on. And I imagine that the Mormon Church would first take them on,
but it is such a nasty mess out there which we only know the tip of this
ice burg as to its details. All of the hotels in San Angelo are
completely full with out-of-town folks including lots of Utah license
plates on their cars. The state should be praised for taking charge of
this raid.

They brought in virtually all of their Texas Rangers for this operation.

At first they were expecting maybe as many as 50 children and
now we know its more than ten times that many. I’ve rambled but I wanted
to tell you guys what little I know. They “believe” that now they have
found all of the children, even though they were all in hiding. As to
what we can do, so far the State has not ask for any local assistance.

In San Angelo there were ten satellite trucks representing all of the major
news organization staked out near Ft. Conch on Monday where they
originally brought these folks until they ran out of room and had to
re-locate them to bigger facilities. The talk is that they eventually
want to move them to a big Salvation Army camp near Midlothian where

excellent conditions for children exist. This is a true case of child exploitation.  The male elders of this extreme

religious sect should be castrated!  How dare they play God with the lives

of these girls and women in the Lord’s name!!

I hope the Morman Church in Utah intervenes to help these innocent victims adjust.
