Ashley was quoted as saying to the police “.. know who you’re messing with! Gimme your badge number!” as they are being arrested. Miss Biden was later released and is scheduled for court on September 20th. Sen. Biden’s spokeswoman, Margaret Aitken, declined to comment, calling it a “private, family matter.” You know what?
